Job Description:

 

As a Marketing Intern at Eko for Purpose, you will play a vital role in assisting our marketing team in various aspects of brand promotion and customer engagement. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a fast-growing ath-leisure brand that prioritises sustainability and style. You will have great opportunity to express yourself creatively and gain valuable real-life marketing experience. This is an unpaid part time contract with 8 hours per week for 6 months. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

1. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with our brand's values and resonates with our target audience.

 

2. Social Media Management: Manage and monitor our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages.

 

3. Influencer Outreach: Research and identify potential influencers and brand partners aligned with our values. Assist in building and nurturing relationships with them to promote our products.

 

4. Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and designing email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials using email marketing tools.

 

5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors' strategies. Summarize findings to inform marketing strategies.

 

6. Event Coordination: Support in the planning and execution of events, pop-up shops, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

 

7. Graphic Design: Basic graphic design tasks, such as creating graphics for social media posts and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

 

Desired Skills:

 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.

- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
