Before launching our products, our team have scrutinised the product to ensure we have it just perfect for you!

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution.

Provided that your issue meets the correct criteria, we provide the options to replace, mend or return your item for a full refund.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees. Additionally, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
